Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Exchange or return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unused products with original tags.

To raise a request, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the product.

For prepaid orders, the refund goes to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the product back. Shipping charges are not refundable. Made-to-order pieces can be exchanged for size only.
